Orders received by 6pm EST are shipped next day. If your order is a rush and lands on a weekend it MUST be paid with expedited shipping. 

If your order arrives on a Fri or Sat it will not ship until Tuesday unless it is expedited shipping.

If your item is on backorder your packing slip will give you an estimated time of arrival. 

All orders are shipped from Nashua, New Hampshire. Orders to customers in the USA will be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority mail. (we try not to use USPS) UPS shipping is next day arrival to 5 days depending on your location. If you need international help please email us at

When will my package arrive



Email us directly through your account. When you register you have direct access to email us. We monitor email closely.

Equipment (Stuffer and General Items)

Item(s)  in original packaging, are accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the sale and return, and will also be charged a 25% restocking fee on the value of the merchandise. A refund for the balance will be issued once the item(s) are received and inspected. If the merchandise is returned damaged, notice will be sent by email and no refund will be issued. For all returns, please contact Headspin Events prior to return.

If the merchandise was damaged by the shipping company on it’s way to you, please contact Headspin Events immediately. No re-shipments or refunds will be processed until a claim has been issued by Headspin Events and the product has been picked up for return. If you choose to report the damages to the shipping company yourself, processing time may take up to 30 days. Please contact our Customer Service department for any further questions or inquiries regarding returns.


Accidents to happen. As balloon professionals we always need to make sure that we order enough for incidentals. We only issue credits. We do not reship. If it is a defective item and it keeps happening to the same item type we will as for them to all be returned back and inspected. If we find the item is defective we will issue a credit. No refunds will be issued if not found defective. 

Equipment (Frames/Artwork)

You have 48hrs to inspect, fully assemble and account for all items on my order once they arrive to make sure all is correct. After 48hrs of arrival (delivery timestamp is used), You accept the items and approve that they are correct to my satisfaction and my order is complete. This includes frames and artwork items.
